We're getting close.

The ceiling and wall are painted and look great, albeit bright, and now only needs to have the trim painted and some touch up some of the "opps" and then we can put in the furniture and viola! Ready for babies.

Well, just spent my first morning home going through emails, printing e-mails, and responding to e-mails.
Your stories throughout the pregnancy of Baby A and Baby B, (I sure do wish you'd decide on names - it just wouldn't be right to call the twins A and B), have been wonderful, loving, informative and often times amusing. Scott, have you thought of giving up the dog business or at least in addition to it, adding a second career as "author?" You definitely have lots of talent in the writing department. We never knew that.
How can we ever tell you and Gina just how thrilled we are for you, that everything has gone so well so far, and that very, very soon, you will have two little, and I do mean little, girls to add to your lives - what a fabulous gift from God. All your suffering and now you get two, one plus a bonus. And while the girls will never take away the love and special place in your hearts for Teagan, we hope and pray that they will be the catalist that will heal the still open wound of losing Teagan, and she can be loved and kept in that special place in your hearts; that she will shine through her little sisters and always be there with you in love and spirit.
The pictures - oh my, the pictures!!! They are beautiful little girls and now so very real when you actually see them. It's still hard for me to look at sonogram pictures and figure out what body part is what, but definitely, you can see their features in a couple of them and with the trained eye that we are sure you and Gina have, you can really define every feature.
So lets see, you have most of the baby things you need, the nursery is almost finished, (quit stressing, Scott, it will all get done in time for the girls), you kids are all ready and now the girls just need to arrive.
We are so very happy for you. Looks like God is smiling down on you and giving you your little family.
It's funny how things work out sometimes. From tradegy comes happiness. Life is good and there is abundant happiness in the Malvestiti household, make that two Malvestiti households, the Skinner household and the Whechel (will I ever learn to spell that name right, probably not)household. Proud parents, proud grandparents, aunts and uncles, who could ask for more.
We plan to be there when the babies are born unless you prefer to be alone and I'm sure you'll let us know.
We love you both and the little ones too. Talk to you soon.

Much love, Hugs
Kisses and Smiles
XXXXX-OOOOO
Mom and Dad

PS Thank you for sharing in such wonderful words your beautiful story of the twins. You have walked all of us who read it through the week by week, day by day process of Gina's pregancy and done it so well. The story you have told is definitely a keeper and a gift from you that the girls will one day treasure.

Best wishes for an easy and safe delivery. We will be thinking of you tomorrow and wishing you well!
